Due to the recent and ever-changing challenges of COVID-19 or coronavirus, Oklahoma Baptists have decided it is in the best interest of everyone involved to cancel the upcoming retreats scheduled for April 17-18 (Women’s Retreat) and April 24-25 (Men’s Rewired). Registration fees will be refunded. Our team is actively working to issue each registrant a refund in a timely manner. This may take some time due to the volume of registrants. Q: How do I register?

A: Registration is open between November 1 and two weeks prior to the conference.  We will also have registration at the gate. When registration opens, a registration link will be found under the Conference tab in our menu.

Q: Who can attend Rewired?

A: Men ages 18+

A: Young Men ages 14-17 when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian

Q: I am a youth leader, may I bring my students?

A: The short answer is no. Students ages 14-17 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Q: Can my 13 year-old come?

A: No. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to attend the Men’s or Women’s Retreats at Falls Creek. Some of the presentations given at the retreat may not be suitable for children under the age of 14, and Falls Creek will not be providing staff to properly supervise children on the grounds of Falls Creek.

Q: May I bring my grandson?

A: That depends on their age. Boys 13 years old and younger cannot attend Rewired. Students 14-17 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. If they are 18+, YES they can attend!

Q: What is included in my Rewired registration?

A: Your registration fee includes one-night lodging (in a dorm-style cabin), all meals included in the schedule, activities, program sessions, all breakouts, program guide, 6-week devotional guide, and event wristband or lanyard.

Q: Is there a printed registration form for the conference?

A: No.  In order for us to communicate effectively with those who attend, we require all registrations be submitted electronically using our online registration form. Registration Instructions

If you are a church wishing to register a group of 10 or more men, please see the next answer.

Q: If I want to register a large group of guys, can I register and pay for them at the same time?

A: YES!  We have created a way to register groups of 10 or more. Email letting us know you would like to register your group. We will e-mail you the link. 

It will be necessary for you to obtain everyone’s personal information BEFORE registering your group online.  To capture this information, please see the answer below.

Q: We are signing up guys as a Men’s Ministry at our church. How does that work?

A: We have a downloadable sign-up sheet for groups to use at sign-up tables. This will allow you to gather all of the information you need to register them on our website.

Q: What if I register and then cannot attend Rewired? Will I get my money back?

A: Sorry, WE CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS. But you may transfer your registration to another person who wants to attend the same year. 

Simply send us an e-mail with your name, your church and all of the information for the person taking your place (Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address & Church).


Q: Where do I sleep? What are the lodging arrangements?

A: There are multiple options for lodging at the Conference. Your registration to Rewired includes lodging in a Falls Creek dorm-style cabin.  But, you may choose to sleep in your own tent, in your truck, we will even let you sleep on the ground! Just let us know where you want to sleep when you register. 

Cabins at Falls Creek:  “Cabins” are the primary lodging at Falls Creek Conference Center.   Sleeping inside cabins consists of dormitory style bunks. We’ve include pictures of some of the dorms inside several cabins at Falls Creek. You will need to bring your own bedding – sheets, blanket, pillow, sleeping bag… whatever you prefer.

**If you would like to stay in a hotel on or off campus that is an additional cost for which you are responsible and must make those arrangements on your own. There are several options in Davis, Oklahoma. For information about staying at the hotels/lodges at Falls Creek, call 580-369-2101.

Q: Do we have to rent a cabin?

A: No.  Your registration includes lodging. When you register, simply select “Assign me a cabin” and we will place you in a “cabin” with other men from your church or organization. We’ll let you know which cabin we have assigned you (and all of the others from your church or organization) in when you arrive at check-in on Friday.

Q: Can I stay in a cabin with my friends, family, guys from my church, etc? 

A: Yes! We group everyone by their church and place them in cabins together based on the church they put down when they pre-register online.

We assign men by churches in housing based on order of registration. First registered, first assigned. So, the sooner the better! The cabin capacities are more than sufficient for most groups attending.

**Note: please be sure that you use the name of the church you want to bunk with when you are registering. (Example: If you attend OKC, First Baptist, but you want to stay with your friends and OKC, Main Street Baptist, you should put “OKC, Main Street Baptist” when you register.) 

Q: How do you know which church I want to stay with?

A: The registration form has a space for you to enter the city and name of the church which whom you want to stay during the Conference.

Q: Can I stay in one of the hotels at Falls Creek?

A: Yes. But that will be an additional charge and you must make those arrangements yourself.  Call Falls Creek Conference Center at 580-369-2101 to make your arrangements.

Q: What should I bring for tent camping?

A: You should bring anything you would need for camping anywhere else, minus the weapons. We have restroom facilities in the camping area, but showers are not available at this time.


Q: Are meals provided? 

A: If a meal is listed on the schedule, it will be provided at Rewired. 

Q: If I bring my own food or do not stay in a cabin, can I get a discount? 

A: No. These are part of the total package of Rewired. If you choose to do something separate for food or lodging, that is your choice and will not change the registration price.

Q: Will there be a place for me to purchase snacks or drinks between meals?

A: Yes. Falls Creek Conference Center has concessions (including coffee & beverages) available in the Cafe 1917 at Centennial Plaza. See the schedule for open times. There is also an ATM available inside the same building.


Q: What do I pack for Rewired?

A: Besides what you would normally pack when you take an overnight trip, here is a list of suggested things you should bring to Rewired.

  • extra money for snacks, a coffee drink at the 1917 Cafe, Rewired merchandise, or Falls Creek Merchandise in the gift shop.
  • ** No need for earplugs. Rewired will provide each man with a set.

Q: Can I come for just one day? 

A: On the day of the conference, we will have day passes that cost $50. You will register when you arrive at Rewired. Just let the person registering you know you will only be there for one day.

Q: I have to drive a long way. Can I come on Thursday night? 

A: The simple answer is yes. 

However, there are no activities (ie bball, zipline, fishing) or food available for you.  If you arrive on Thursday, you are on your own. 

If arriving early and you need us to provide you with housing, you will be placed in a temporary cabin for Thursday only and must move to your assigned conference cabin on Friday morning by 8:30am. If we house you, you MUST pre-register and indicate early arrival on the registration form. If you do not indicate Thursday arrival on the form, we cannot provide housing for you and you will be on your own for Thursday night lodging.

There will also be an additional fee for arriving Thursday.  If we provide housing, you must pay an addition $15 per person.  If you have made your own arrangements, the fee will be $5 per person. Both fees will be payable upon registration.

Q: Can I bring a backpack or bag to the main sessions?

A: If you need to bring a bag or backpack, please be prepared for it to be inspected when you enter the building.

Q: Can I bring my own golf cart, ATV, etc. to drive at Falls Creek.

A: As much fun as that sounds, sorry, no you cannot. The insurance company will not allow it. 

Q: Can I bring my own gun or bow?

A: Nope. No firearms or weapons are allowed on the Falls Creek grounds. We have security that will be present 24/7. You should also leave your nunchakus and throwing stars at home too.

We have 3 categories of Handicap needs:

1. Transportation

We have golf carts that will make rounds throughout the Conference all weekend. If you need a ride feel free to catch a ride on our hospitality golf carts to make it to your next destination. If you select “Transportation” you will be housed with your church or group possibly in a cabin that is NOT handicap accessible.

2. Ground floor access or elevator

We have a few cabins that are handicap accessible. We will be happy to get you into one of these cabins to make sure your Rewired experience is a good one. If you select “Ground floor access or elevator” you will be placed in a handicap accessible cabin, possibly separate from your men’s group.  You will be allowed one guest to stay with you, if separated.  Both, you and your guest must register and pay to attend Rewired.

3. Handicap accessible restroom/shower

We have a few cabins that have handicap accessible restrooms and showers. We will be happy to get you into one of these cabins to make sure your Rewired experience is a good one. If you select “Handicap accessible restroom/shower” you will be placed in a handicap accessible cabin, most likely separate from your men’s group.  You will be allowed one guest to stay with you.  Both, you and your guest must register and pay to attend Rewired.

Q: Will there be t-shirts to purchase at Rewired?

A: Yes. We will sell t-shirts at the conference. Cash, check & credit/debit cards will be accepted. Merchandise will be sold at the Cafe 1917 Gift Shop in Centennial Plaza at Falls Creek. 

Q: What is there to do while at Rewired?

A: In short, a whole lot.  Not including the main & breakout sessions, we have planned numerous pre-conference activities and demonstrations on Friday.  Each year we choose new activities and demonstrations, so check out the list when registration is open.


Q: How do I get to Falls Creek?

Whether you are traveling north or south on I-35, you will take EXIT 51 at Davis, Oklahoma.

  • NORTH: If you exit from the north you will drive directly across Hwy 77 beside the Fried Pies place. 
  • SOUTH: If you exit from the south, you will turn left onto Hwy 77 and turn left beside the Fried Pies place.

From there, you will travel to the stop sign and continue accross Honey Creek, under I-35 and continue along the winding Hwy 77D to the North Entrance of Falls Creek.  There you will be greeted by volunteers who will give instructions on parking and registration/check-in.
