Who Is God? Day Three | Men Rewired
Due to the recent and ever-changing challenges of COVID-19 or coronavirus, Oklahoma Baptists have decided it is in the best interest of everyone involved to cancel the upcoming retreats scheduled for April 17-18 (Women’s Retreat) and April 24-25 (Men’s Rewired). Registration fees will be refunded. Our team is actively working to issue each registrant a refund in a timely manner. This may take some time due to the volume of registrants. Unfortunately, we will not be able to host a live feed for these events. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but would like to prioritize the health of all Oklahoma Baptists. More Information >

Wednesdays in this devotional guide will be a little different. You will be given several verses pertaining to the week’s topic. Take a full ten minutes to either write them out or read them out loud and think about the words. When you are finished, simply write down one truth—or several—that you learned as you focused on the verses listed.
It may feel awkward at first, but remember, this is how men of God have gotten to know Him better for generations. Give it a shot. Before long, Wednesdays may
become your favorite day of the week.
They refused to obey and were not mindful of the wonders that you performed
among them, but they stiffened their neck and appointed a leader to return to their slavery in Egypt. But you are a God ready to forgive, gracious and merciful, slow to
anger and abounding in steadfast love, and did not forsake them. Nehemiah 9:17
Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!
Psalm 107:1
But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved
us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own
mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he
poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by
his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:4-7
As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance,
but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is
written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” 1 Peter 1:14-16
Set a timer for ten minutes and work these verses back and forth in your mind
for that amount of time, writing them out or repeating them out loud. When
time is up, write down the truth(s) that stood out to you.
