We have assembled questions asked us through the years. If there is a question you do not see answered here, please shoot us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back with you as soon as possible.
Q: How do I register?
A: When registration opens in October, a registration button link is found under “The Conference” in the menu.
Click here for a printable sheet with Registration Instructions.
Q: Is there a printed registration form for the conference?
A: The simple answer is no. In order for us to communicate effectively with those who attend, we require all registrations be submitted electronically using our online registration form. REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
If you are a church wishing to register 15+ men at a time, please contact us. email@example.com
Q: If I want to register a large group of guys, can I register and pay for them at the same time?
A: YES! For groups of 15 or less, the registration form has a button that appears after you have entered the information for the first person to “Add Attendee.” This allows you to enter in as many people as you’d like. When you are finished, you will be able to pay either with electronic check or credit card. REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
NEW: For groups over 15 men, we now offer a new way to register. A request to register as a group must be made to the Rewired office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this is submitted, you will receive instructions.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SAME ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL for all of the guys you are registering. If you do, we will contact you requesting that information. Please gather each individual’s information prior to registering online. If you need help with that process, please send us an e-mail (email@example.com) or give us a call at 405-942-3800 x4634.
Q: Are meals provided?
A: Yes! If a meal is listed on the schedule, it will be provided at Rewired!
Q: If I bring my own food or do not stay in a cabin, can I get a discount?
A: No. Your registration cost does not include food or housing. We cover that.
Q: Will there be a place for me to purchase snacks or drinks between meals?
A: Yes. Falls Creek Conference Center has concessions available in the West End Coffee Shop as well as the New Cafe 1917 at Centennial Plaza. These will be open during Rewired (Friday & Saturday ONLY)
Q: Where do I sleep?
A: There are multiple options for lodging at the Conference. In a cabin (cabins have dormitory-style bunks), in a tent, in your truck, we will even let you sleep on the ground! Just let us know where you want to sleep when you register.
If you would like to stay in a hotel on or off campus that is an additional cost for which you are responsible and must make those arrangements on your own. There are several options in Davis, Oklahoma.
If you have questions about staying in the Thompson Hotel or Kannady Hotel at Falls Creek, YOU MUST contact the Falls Creek Conference Center directly (580-369-2101).
Q: Do we have to rent a cabin?
A: Nope. In fact, Rewired rents over 15 cabins from churches around the state who own cabins at Falls Creek. When you register, simply select “Assign me a cabin” and we will place you with other men from your church. We’ll let you know which cabin you are in when you arrive at check-in on Friday.
Q: Can I stay in a cabin with my friends, family, guys from my church, etc?
A: Yes! We group everyone by their church and place them in cabins together based on the church they put down when they pre-register online.
We assign men by churches in housing based on order of registration. First registered, first assigned. So, the sooner the better! The cabin capacities are more than sufficient for most groups attending.
**Note: please be sure that you use the name of the church you want to bunk with when you are registering. (Example: If you attend OKC, First Baptist, but you want to stay with your friends and OKC, Main Street Baptist, you should put “OKC, Main Street Baptist” when you register.)
Q: How do you know which church I want to stay with?
A: There is a place on the registration form for you to put that. We have hundreds of churches listed on the drop-down menu from those who have previously attended. If you don’t see your church, no worries. There is a space for you to type your church city and name manually.
Q: What do I pack for Rewired?
A: Besides what you would normally pack when you take an overnight trip, here is a list of suggested things you should bring to Rewired:
- bedding (ie. sleeping bag & pillow)
- comfortable shoes for walking
- running shoes for the 5k if you plan to participate
- Oklahoma fishing license & fishing gear if you plan to trout fish while here (no trout tag needed)
- Bible if you have one
- Notebook & pen/pencil for taking notes
- Extra money for the concession stand or if you’d like to purchase items from the Rewired store (t-shirts, etc)
Q: What should I bring for camping?
A: You should bring anything you would need for camping anywhere else, minus the weapons.
Q: How much does it cost if I can only come for one day?
A: We have day passes that cost $40. You will register when you arrive at Rewired. Just let the person registering you know you will only be there for one day and we will fix you up.
Q: I have to drive a long way. Can I come on Thursday night?
A: Yes. We have added a Thursday arrival option to the registration for those who have a long way to drive. There is an additional fee for those arriving on Thursday as well as several other restrictions so please read the registration form completely when you fill out the online registration form.
Be advised, there will be NO activities available on Thursday. All activities will be available beginning on Friday when the Conference begins. If you arrive Thursday, you will also be responsible for your own meals.
Q: What if I register and then cannot attend Rewired? Will I get my money back?
A: Sorry, we will not give refunds. But you may transfer your registration to another person who wants to attend.
Simply send us an e-mail with your name, your church and all of the information for the person taking your place (Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address & Church).
Q: Can I bring my own golf cart, ATV, etc. to drive at Falls Creek.
A: As much fun as that sounds, sorry, no you cannot. The insurance company will not allow it.
Q: Can I bring my own gun or bow?
A: Nope. No firearms or weapons are allowed on the Falls Creek grounds. We have security that will be present 24/7. You should also leave your nunchakus and throwing stars at home too.
Q: What can I do if I have a physical disability?
A: Due to our increase of handicapped men or men with difficulty getting around attending Rewired we have had to make some changes to our handicap policies. We want to do our best to serve you and meet your needs. Please read the following information.
We have golf carts that will make rounds throughout the Conference all weekend. If you need a ride feel free to catch a ride on our hospitality golf carts to make it to your next destination. If you select “Transportation” you will be housed with your church or group possibly in a cabin that is NOT handicap accessible.
2. Ground floor access or elevator
